Global exchange program for old RifleCX Bore Foam cans (white packaging)
RifleCX is launching a global exchange program for old cans of Bore Foam (Barrel Foam / Pianka do lufy i broni) in white packaging.
The white cans were produced until June 2024. Since then, the product has been available only in new silver packaging made from a different material.
Following our analysis and reports from users, we identified a manufacturing defect in the packaging which, in rare cases, may lead to leakage.
The defect has been confirmed for the following batches:
LOT: 0009496 | EXP: 09.2026
LOT: 0009664 | EXP: 12.2028
Because batch markings may become unreadable over time, and guided by the fundamental principle in shooting — Safety First — we have decided to exchange all old cans. As you know, the safety of shooters is our top priority.
Information for users
If you have an old can of Riflecx Bore Foam in white packaging, please stop using it and submit the product for exchange.
How to return the product
Customers in Poland:

After receiving your submission, we will arrange free product collection.
Customers in European Union countries:
please contact the store where the product was purchased, or fill out the form: Bore Foam Return Form
Customers outside the European Union:
please contact the distributor or store where the product was purchased.
Each returned product will be exchanged free of charge for the version in the silver can.
Our products are designed to perform at their best — and if they don’t, we replace them.
